Aspen: Two stories, three bedrooms and two baths. The largest bedroom is on the first floor with a queen bed. Upstairs is a queen bedded room and another room with two twins and a second bathroom. There is a bathroom on the first floor along with a living room and kitchen. There is a sleeper couch in the living room also. Max 8.

Aspen: The top two photos are the second floor bedrooms and share a bath. Both rooms are large with good sized closets. The lower room is the large queen bedded room on the first floor along with a living room and pullout sleeper couch, a kitchen and a small patio.

Birch: is a single story unit on the first floor with a good sized deck

Birch: This is a single story unit, on the ground floor with three bedrooms (two rooms with queen beds and one with two twin beds. There is one bath and a large balcony with golf course views. The couch is a sleeper couch, Max 8

Cedar: This is a single story unit on the second floor (above the garages) with three bedrooms and one bath, living room, kitchen and a nice sun & shade balcony overlooking the golf course. Max 8  

The bedrooms for Cedar are the same as for Birch, two rooms each with queen beds and one room with two twins.

Each unit is walking distance to the golf course and country club. All units have television with DISH TV and a fireplace. Prices are the same, Aspen has two bathrooms, Cedar and Birch have nice large balconies.

The two story unit on the left is Aspen, the unit above the Garages is Cedar and the unit to the far right is Birch. Each unit is designed apart from the others allowing for quiet & privacy.

This is the back of the triplex, Aspen to the right of the picture, Cedar second floor in the middle with that nice wrapping porch off to the left and beyond that is Birch. This picture is taken from the porch of the Duplex. This is truly how close these units are—one lot away, a great choice for larger groups wanting to hang out! And the condo is one block further beyond the Triplex, you can see it peaking through the trees...We can sleep a lot of people between these 6 units!

If staying more than one night, we will adjust the rate to the lesser total. Stay with us for 3 or more nights and enjoy steep savings. t, so these houses are always available for a single overnight. We also understand that it isn't always easy to get away for more than one night and encourage you to spend the extra day or two exploring Yosemite, the gold country and more of our region!

Directions: The triplex vacation rental is located in Pine Mountain Lake, just minutes from the Hotel. Check-ins are processed from the Hotel Charlotte in downtown Groveland and we will guide you over to the to the triplex for your first visit.

Deposit: Yosemite Region Rental properties require the first night rate deposit at the point of reservation. The balance due for additional nights will be collected when you check in.

Cancellations: We understand that sometimes your travel plans will change. All cancellations and rescheduling will incur a $45 processing fee. Please let us know within 15 days of your arrival date if you need to make changes. If you must cancel with a shorter notice, you will forfeit your first night deposit.

Cell Phones: There is very limited access for cell phones in Groveland. Verizon does work best, but isn't always 100%. We recommend you pick up a calling card before you head up the hill. Calling card calls (800) and local calls are free to make from vacation rental. Free long distance is available from Hotel Lobby. 

Check in/Check out: We ask that you schedule your arrival time with us. Check ins for the Yosemite Region Rental properties are handled through the Hotel Charlotte, 18736 Main Street, downtown Groveland. Check out time is 11:00 am to turn in the keys and parking pass at the Hotel Charlotte. Lost Key fee: $10

Pets: We do not allow pets at Yosemite Region Rental managed properties, except for the Guide Guys Lower Lodge and Sequoia House at Dunn Court Beach.

Smoking: Smoking is not allowed in any Yosemite Region Rental properties. Please use the patio or balconies to smoke. A cleaning fee of $100 will be added to your rental if this policy is not respected.
